If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, the items can be exchanged for a different size, replaced or returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of receipt by emailing info@tiralento.it and requesting a return/exchange/refund
Comaf will arrange collection of the returned goods via courier from your address and will cover all costs.
Change of size
You can exchange the purchased item for a similar item in a different size or colour, if available. You can only request one change of size per order.
Replacement of defective items
If the items delivered to you are defective or different from what you ordered, Tiralento may request you to provide photographic evidence before authorizing the return.
Refunds
A refund will be issued as soon as the items will have been received and checked by Comaf. If you paid for the order via Paypal or bank transfer, the refund will be made to your original account used for the payment. If you paid for the order by cash on delivery, you will be required to provide your bank details.
Return policy
Returned items must not have been worn, washed, ironed or altered in any way and they must not have any wear and tear marks. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition. Every item must be returned in its original packaging.
All issues not expressly provided for will be dealt with according to the EU law governing e-commerce.
